Lithuanian Startup Investment Fund
A dedicated fund for the Baltics’ earliest stage.
New Ventures Baltics is establishing a Lithuanian startup investment fund and will act as its manager. The fund pools commitments from institutional, corporate and private investors and invests them in a diversified portfolio of pre-seed and seed companies.
Current status
Structuring phase
The fund is in preparation. Legal structure, terms and size will be finalised together with anchor investors and are subject to the applicable Lithuanian regulatory requirements. Nothing on this page is an offer of fund units.
Rationale
Why a dedicated Lithuanian fund.
The Baltic startup ecosystem has produced internationally successful companies, but capital for the very first institutional round remains scarce. Many promising teams depend on grants and individual business angels for too long, or leave the region to raise.
A dedicated, professionally managed fund based in Lithuania can close that gap. It gives founders a reliable local partner, and gives investors diversified access to an asset class that is otherwise hard to reach: carefully selected early-stage Baltic technology companies.
Combined with our consulting practice, the fund benefits from proprietary deal flow and from portfolio companies that are well prepared for their next financing rounds.
